The following protocols need to be followed by everyone to ensure we can continue to offer the Fall program

--1 Adult per player at the field 
--Facecovering cover the nose and mouth MUST be worn at all times by anyone not participating in a session.  (NO EXCEPTIONS)
--SOCIAL DISTANCING OF A MINIMUM OF 6 FT MUST BE RESPECTED

**** By  attending you have verified that they do not have a fever of 100.4 or greater., Have had any symptoms within the last 3 days such as fever, cough, shortness of breath, chills, muscle pain, sore throat, rash, or loss of taste or smell, have not been exposed to anyone with a confirmed or presumed diagnosis of COVID-19 in the last 14 days, Have not been diagnosed with covid with a swab test in the last 10 days, or have visited a hot spot in the past 14 days.****
